  1. the process is simple. For example, When we say the rate is Rs. 1000, it means that the cost of radio ad in that particular station is Rs 1000 for 10 seconds. So if you play a 20 second ad once, the cost would be Rs. 1000 X 2 = Rs. 2,000. The cost is in multiples of 10 seconds each. day? Rates are higher for prime time (7 am – 11 am & 5 pm – 9 pm) as compared to the rest of the day.

    Stations should be selected on the basis of fit with your audience and cost. Factors to consider while selecting the stations:

    • Reach of the station

  3. How many times a day should I play the ad?

    An ad should at minimum be played 2 times per hour. In a day minimum of 4 hours is recommended. So it makes 8 times per day.

  4. What time of the day should I play the ad?

    This depends on when your listener is listening to the radio. If you are targeting office goers and students, morning and evening travel time makes sense. However, if you want to target housewives, an afternoon slot would work better.

  5. How should I select the jingle length?

    Jingle length depends on how much and what you want to communicate to your consumers. For a simple communication, a 10 sec ad should suffice but if your message is long, it would require a longer duration jingle. Typically, announcements (sale and offers) can operate with a 10 sec jingle but a new brand in a cluttered category would require 30 sec ad. New products with unique offerings should manage within 20 seconds.

  6. How many days should I play the ad?

    It is a factor of your budget and objective. Unless it is a limited time sale, a 5 day campaign is recommended.

  1. How do I know that my ad is being played?

    We share the ad schedule that mentions an approximate time when your ad would get played. You can listen to the radio at that time to hear your ad. We will also share a daily report with you mentioning the number of times ad was played and ad drops, if any. At the end of the campaign, we will then share broadcast certificates provided by the radio stations.

  2. How do I pay?

    You can pay either through check or online transfer.

  3. What proof do I get once the activity is complete?

    We will share a broadcast certificate within 30 days of completion of the activity.

  4. Can jingles be of different lengths?

    Yes.

  5. How many days in advance do I need to confirm?

    You need to confirm 2 working days in advance. For a Wednesday campaign, you need to confirm by Monday end of day. For a Monday campaign, you need to confirm by Thursday end of day.
